BERLIN (AFP) — The manager of Jan Ullrich's T-Mobile team Olaf Ludwig has refused to doom his star rider, two days after the German was thrown not upon the Tour de France.

Ullrich and Spanish teammate Oscar Sevilla were among 13 riders suspended from the Tour a day before it began, with a 71km preface in Strasbourg on Saturday.

T-Mobile's sports director Rudy Pavenage was also kicked gone out after being implicated in the Spanish blood-doping scandal that defenceed the build-up to the world's premier cycling circumstance

But Ludwig was not ready to apportion blame to anyone, just besides

"It is difficult to say that Ullrich is a victim of Rudy Pavenage," he said in an interview with Tagesspiegel newspaper Sunday.

"For the significance there is no evidence to assert that Jan Ullrich went to Spain or that he stored family there.
